Objective 5; To establish a framework on strategic approach for ICT utilization in FM in Malaysia -The conclusion and summary of objectives 1, 2, 3 & 4 Group A; (i)   The framework should focus on initially providing training to develop ICT skills for capturing, storing, manipulating and transmission of data for property acquisition, change of use, building usage, lease management, space utilization planning, budgetary control, risk management, life cycle cost appraisal and monitoring and post-occupancy evaluation. (ii)  The framework should focus on the process of implementation of ICT in Phases.           Process-Getting knowledge about BIM           Infrastructure- government driven on government asset           Environment- some incentive given by government to facilitate BIM in the building           People- creating awareness, providing training, education and etc. Group B; People Exposure Training Management support Commitment Process Continues improvement Training in a systematic way Buying the software through loan / incentive Develop (in-house) opportunity for software people University program FM subject in engineering course Exposure to student (seminar/conference etc) Soft skill (modal insan) Environment Paper less (save environment) Sustainability management (improvement in green elements) Green in ICT Infrastructure All in places Hardware & software WIFI zone Using modern gadget CCTV for monitoring Whole country   Group C; To conclude and summarize, asset owner plays a key role to implement ICT in FM.
